The lighting magnifier with 6 LEDs is new product developed by our company recently. The company has declared the patent to State Intellectual Property Office, patent application number: 201030153172.5. It consists of handle, button switch, LED board, lens with dual magnification. 6 LEDs distribute on the internal connection ring of hexadecagon lens base with proportional spacing. The illumination is uniform. Both the handle and lens base are painted with black rubber paint. It looks beautiful and the hand feels comfortable. The product uses two No.7 batteries, which can operate continuously for 48 hours. When the batteries are replaced, push out the back cover backward, install the batteries according to the sign “-”, “+” marked in the battery box. After the battery is installed, push the back cover slightly for closing to avoid the damage caused by overexertion.

The product is used for reading, stamp collection, curio and jade discrimination, print and PCB check, tour and medical service, etc. it is light in weight and easy to be carried. At night it can be used as small electric torch.

The handle shape uses freely curved face with a certain radian. Meanwhile the surface of the whole product is painted with rubber paint. The hand feels comfortable, thus showing the design idea of the product. The lens is made of PMMA and shaped by plastic injection molding. The lens is plated with hard coating and features high transparence and excellent coating stability. Pay attention to protecting the lens and preventing it from scratch and avoid laying it under the strong sun light for a long time.
